description Gap bridging for a rail vehicle. Technical field The invention relates to a gap bridging for a rail vehicle. State of the art The entrances of passenger rail vehicles are often equipped with devices for bridging the gap between the floor of the passenger compartment and the platform. A movably mounted tread plate is typically provided, which can be displaced between a retracted position and an extended position with the aid of a power drive. Depending on the kinematics of the respective device, one speaks of sliding steps in which the step plate can be extended and retracted like a drawer, or folding-sliding steps in which the step plate also performs a vertical movement on its edge facing the platform. These gap bridges are subject to the risk of contamination, which is reduced in the case of railways running exclusively in tunnels, but is nevertheless present. As a result, the mechanics of gap bridging must be designed to be as tolerant of contamination as possible, in particular because failure during operation has far-reaching consequences. A trip with the tread plate blocked in the extended position is not possible, so that a repair in the stop and an interruption of operation would be necessary. Known solutions / 18 201814188 of this problem, for example, provide brushes which remove dirt adhering to the step plate. However, these brushes require a considerable amount of installation space and fail if dirt or icing adheres firmly. The same applies to the rubber lips that are also sometimes used here. Presentation of the invention The invention is therefore based on the object of specifying a gap bridging for a rail vehicle which is secured against the ingress of dirt. The object is achieved by bridging a gap for a rail vehicle with the features of claim 1. Advantageous refinements are the subject of subordinate claims. According to the basic idea of the invention, a gap bridging for a rail vehicle for bridging the gap between a platform and a floor of the rail vehicle is specified, which comprises a movably mounted tread plate and a cover plate arranged above the tread plate and at least partially covering the tread plate, a wiper plate being provided , which is attached to an underside of the cover plate and which is pressed by spring force in any position of the tread plate on the tread plate. This provides the advantage of being able to remove dirt adhering to the tread plate safely and practically completely with each retraction of the tread plate, and thus to be able to prevent contamination of the interior of the gap bridging. / 18th 201814188 It is particularly advantageous that the gap bridging can be designed both as a sliding step and as a folding sliding step. According to the invention, a scraper plate is provided which is pressed onto the surface of the tread plate by means of spring force. The scraper plate is designed so that horizontal forces can be introduced into the scraper plate without it being bent. This ensures that even firmly adhering dirt is removed from the surface of the step plate. For this purpose, the scraper plate must be firmly connected to the cover plate, which is arranged above the tread plate and which forms the floor of the passenger compartment in the immediate door area. The scraper plate should preferably be designed as a folded plate which has a bending edge which is as tightly bent as possible and which, in the installed state, is pressed onto the surface of the step plate. Another section of the scraper plate should be horizontal if possible (when installed) and equipped with a device for attachment to the tread plate. The horizontal orientation of this section prevents the wiping plate from bending under load during the removal of dirt, in particular firmly adhering dirt such as stones wedged on the surface structure of the tread plate. The scraper plate is pressed on using spring force, for which purpose conventional leaf or spiral springs can be used. It is particularly advantageous to make the scraper plate from spring steel, preferably stainless spring steel, since in this way the pressing force is applied by the scraper plate itself and additional / 18 201814188 Components such as springs and associated fasteners can be omitted. The dimensioning of the spring and thus the spring force is dependent on the desired pressure force. All possible positions of the movable tread plate must be taken into account, especially with folding and sliding steps, the tread plate can perform a vertical movement of up to 10 mm at the contact point of the scraper plate. This must be taken into account when dimensioning the spring, so that there is sufficient pressure even when the support is in the lowest position. The deflection of the cover plate must also be taken into account, which can typically be 3 mm at maximum load, for example due to passengers in the door passage. The scraper plate must be designed at the contact point on the tread plate with a bending edge that is as tightly bent as possible in order to prevent dirt from lifting up the scraper plate and thus penetrating into the interior area of the gap bridging to be protected. It is particularly advantageous to equip the scraper plate at the support point with a wear edge which can be detachably attached to the scraper plate and can therefore be replaced in the event of damage or wear. It is particularly advantageous to carry out this wear edge made of plastic, since a particularly sharp (narrow) edge can be produced in this way, which considerably improves the loosening of adhering dirt. Since such sharp edges are naturally more easily damaged, the interchangeability of the wear edge is a major advantage. / 18th 201814188 To prevent the ingress of dirt, it is advantageous to seal the scraper plate from the cover plate. For this purpose, the scraper plate can be equipped at its end on the platform side with an upwardly bent section which is guided on a surface of the cover plate. In this case, a vertically oriented surface is to be provided on the cover plate, which is the case with typical cover plates anyway, and this surface is preferably to be provided with friction-minimizing supports, for example made of plastic. This can prevent dirt from entering the interior of the gap bridging further via the front edge of the scraper plate. A further, improved solution to the problem of sealing at the front edge of the scraper plate provides a rubber profile which is fastened to the underside of the cover plate and which has recesses into which the scraper plate engages. In this way, there is a significant improvement in the sealing, since the assembly tolerances that are inevitable at this point can be compensated for much better by a rubber profile than in the case of direct contact of the scraper plate with the cover plate. A further improvement of the seal is given if a wear edge made of plastic is provided and this is designed to engage the rubber profile. The wear edge made of plastic can be dimensioned much better constructively so that a connection with the rubber profile can be made than the wiper plate itself. Brief description of the drawings / 18 201814188 The following are examples: Fig. 1 gap bridging, schematic diagram. Fig. 2 gap bridging as a folding sliding step. Fig. 3 gap bridging as a folding sliding step with wear edge and rubber profile. Implementation of the invention 1 shows, by way of example and schematically, a highly abstracted basic illustration of a gap bridging. A cross section through a gap bridging constructed in the form of a sliding step is shown, which has a step plate 1 which can be displaced linearly by a power drive 6 by means of a sliding bearing 5. The gap bridging is shown in an installed position, with a floor 7 and a door 8 of a rail vehicle being shown. A cover plate 2 just connects to the floor 7 and forms the threshold at this entry area. A scraper plate 3 is arranged below the cover plate 2 and is fixedly connected to the cover plate 2 by means of a fastening 4. The scraper plate 3 runs from the attachment 4 in the direction of the exit, i.e. of the platform is essentially horizontal and has a narrow, sharp bending edge at its end on the platform side. This bending edge is in contact with the surface of the step plate 1 and thus forms the support point at which the dirt adhering to the step plate 1 is scraped off when the step plate 1 moves in. / 18th 201814188 Fig. 2 shows an example and schematically a gap bridging in a version as a folding sliding step. An embodiment of a gap bridging in the form of a folding-sliding step is shown, in which a step plate 1 is both horizontally slidably supported and is supported on its end at the platform side by means of a folding lever on the car body. As a result, the resilience of the step plate 1 can be increased compared to a sliding step, but this also results in a vertical movement of the step plate 1 during the retracting or extending movement. As in the basic illustration in FIG. 1, a cover plate 2 is arranged above the tread plate 1, a scraper plate 3 is fixedly connected to the cover plate 2 by means of a fastening 4 on the underside thereof. The shape of the scraper plate 3 is very similar to that shown in the basic illustration in FIG. 1, but it has a vertical section at its end on the platform side which is in contact with a likewise vertically oriented surface of the cover plate 2. This can prevent dirt from entering under the cover plate 2. A slider 9 is on the contact surface between the Scraper plate 3 and the cover plate 2 arranged and reduces the friction between these components. 3 shows, by way of example and schematically, a gap bridging in the form of a folding-sliding step with a wear edge 10 and a rubber profile 12. The exemplary embodiment from FIG. 2 is essentially shown, but in addition a wear edge 10 is additionally arranged at the support point so that the scraper plate 3 itself is not in contact with the surface of the tread plate I come. The wear edge 10 is by means of a fastening II attached to the scraper plate 3, preferably one / 18th 201814188 releasable type of fastening is selected. Furthermore, the Wear edge 10 a shape in the direction of Cover plate 2, which is designed to engage a rubber profile 12. The rubber profile 12 is fastened in a recess in the cover plate 2 and seals between the Cover plate 2 and the scraper plate 3 against the entry of dirt. The use of a rubber profile 12 at this point allows a significantly simplified assembly of the gap bridging, since the component tolerances do not have a significant influence on the seal between the Have cover plate 2 and the scraper plate 3. / 18th 201814188 List of names 2 7 12 footboard cover stripper attachment sliding storage power drive floor door slide wear edge Attachment for wear edge Rubber profile / 18 201814188
